she join the Cardiac Surgery Department at the Grand Plains General Hospital? Well, rumor has it she got in
through her connection with the deputy director of the hospital. Apparently, the deputy director bent the rules
for her. Normally, everyone has to pass entrance exams to work there, but Belinda bypassed all that and landed
a permanent position as a resident doctor.”
